We are currently seeking an Human Resources Director for our client. 

The Role and Responsibilities are as follows: 

Talented individual will apply advanced generalist knowledge, as well as specialized expertise in HR operations, technology, and business process optimization across all HR-related areas.  The Director will also be expected to manage day-to-day operations, including oversight of compensation, benefits, employee relations, and performance management.  The Director will act as strategic advisor to stakeholders and internal clients on HR-related issues and initiatives.

General Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all HR functions, including record keeping, interviewing, hiring, promotions, and terminations, are conducted in accordance with established Company policies and comply with all legal obligations.
  • Oversee Medical, Dental and Vision insurance reconciliations and payments.
  • Develop and execute an effective recruitment program to assist in attracting and retaining top talent.
  • Plan, organize and manage compensation programs, including salary increases and bonuses, by effectively managing communication and coordination efforts, including compensation recommendations, and payroll process and reconciliations
  • Provide accurate, updated personnel information to other departments and to governmental organizations as required and in a timely manner.
  • Identify areas of potential human resource vulnerability and risk, directs/implements corrective actions plans for problematic areas.


Job Competencies:

  • Knowledge of employment and pay-related laws and regulations.
  • Understanding of compensation and benefits policies and programs.
  • Proficient in Accounting functions.
  • Must be able to adhere to all established processes and procedures.

Qualification Expectations Are

  • 7+ years of HR experience; 3+ years in HR leadership role; some experience in manufacturing industry a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • Strong knowledge and experience in HR operations, policy, project management and compliance
  • Understanding of HR and Payroll processes
  • Ability to define business requirements and translate into solutions
  • Manage change effectively; mindful of process and systems implications
  • Understanding of MS Office and other business applications required
  • Must thrive in a fast-paced environment; able to deal with ambiguity, as well as competing and shifting priorities
  • Exceptional written and interpersonal communication skills; ability to distill complex information
  • Sensitivity to confidential matters and ability to use discretion as required
