A leading Electronics Contract Manufacturing company is looking to hire dynamic and self-driven individuals as Regional Directors, Business Development for its Electronics Manufacturing Services. (EMS).
Positions available: Western Region, Mid-West and Southern USA 
Successful applicants will be responsible for identifying, cultivating new business opportunities to grow the company sales.
We are on the lookout for a highly motivated and aggressive, technical sales professionals with in-depth knowledge and experience in the EMS industry.
Key Responsibilities
Business Prospecting:
  • Develop qualified customer prospects in the mid-sized OEM market
  • Partner with Independent Manufacturers Representatives as needed
  • Develop leads through networking with industry contacts
  • Develop lists of prospects from directories, trade and professional publications/organizations.
  • Prepare and present technical marketing presentations to potential customers
  • Coordinate with Program Management to develop responses to customer prospect RFQs
  • Use Salesforce or similar tool as a primary CRM to manage leads, business opportunities and forecasts
 Sales and Marketing Coordination:
  • Assist with developing strategic plans to generate leads and sales
  • Provide inputs to Marketing to better position company’s products and services
  • Provide liaison between sales representatives, customers and company cross functional teams
  • Provide and maintain business forecasts
 Experience & Required Skills
  • 7+ Years of experience in Business Development and Electronics Contract Manufacturing
  • Business development and industry knowledge in key market segments of Industrial, Medical, Telecom, Automotive and Aerospace
  • Demonstrated experience in building relationships with senior level contacts at prospects
  • Ability to set appointments and nurture relationships to lead generation
  • Effective in working independently and in a remote environment
  • Must have held an individual sales quota goal in previous positions and proven track record to consistently meet / exceed targets
  • Attention to details and follow up
  • Strong time management skills
  • Excellent personal communication skills
  • Willingness to travel as needed
 Education Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in an engineering discipline
  • MBA preferred
